chop the onion and the garlic cloves
chop the veggies
prepare the tomatoes
prepare the veggie broth
ready the meat
pour oil into a big deep dish pan
roast the onions until glassy
add the garlic cloves until the onions start to brown a little
add the meat- fry until no raw parts are visible anymore
add celery and carrots- fry until everything is a lil glassy and starts to soften slightly
add the veggie broth
add the tomatoes
add some basil
let it cook for about 15-20 minutes
enjoy with noodles, rice or other side dishes
